P-Card Year-End Deadline Important Notice

P-Card purchasing deadlines are right around the corner!
The deadline is the last day your P-Card can be charged - Not the last day to place an order.

Deadlines:
  • Title 1 Purchases - June 5, 2026
  • FINAL deadline to charge P-Cards - June 12, 2026
Watch out for shipping delays! Some vendors (online orders) don't charge your card until the item ships - not when you place your order.

Always check shipping dates before checkout. If your order ships after June 12, the charge will be declined, and the order will not go through.
Important Reminder: All P-Card cardholders and approving officials must complete the "2025-26 P-Card Cardholder and Approver Training" in MyPLN by December 31, 2025.
 
Failure to complete this mandatory training will result in suspension of P-Card privileges effective January 5, 2026.
Complete your training in MyPLN before the deadline to avoid disruption of purchasing authority.
